  • To book, you’ll need to:

    1. Complete our online inquiry form or contact us.

    2. Electronically sign the rental agreement.

    3. Pay 50% of the total cost to secure your date.

  • Absolutely! You do not need to tour before booking, but tours are available if desired.


  • • All payments are forfeited if canceled.

    • However, one reschedule is allowed (the renter and Brick Studio will coordinate an available date).

  • We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and peak seasons.



  • Yes, we offer A/V options, including projectors, microphones, and speakers.

  • Yes, but all alcohol services must comply with Ohio state laws.

  • Basic setup is included. Full-service setup and breakdown can be arranged for an additional fee.


  • Yes, both locations are fully accessible.

  • Our second location offers larger space, upgraded décor, and additional customization options for corporate events, private parties, and creative productions.

  • Yes! Tours are available by appointment. via our website and social handles. Contact us to schedule a visit.

  • Yes! We support community initiatives and may offer discounted rates for qualified non-profit and community organizations.

  • A $200 cleaning fee is added to all rental packages. This covers basic cleaning and trash removal after your event. However, if the venue is left in excessive disarray or requires additional deep cleaning, additional fees may apply. To avoid extra charges, please follow our venue guidelines, including our no confetti and no glitter policy.

  • Brick Studio is perfect for corporate, social, and community events, including baby showers, weddings, business meetings, workshops, networking events, pop-up shops, and more.


  • • Downtown Location: Up to 100 guests seated and 125 guests standing.

    • Olde Town East Location: Accommodates 150-200 guests.

  • • Tables & chairs for all event

    • Kitchenette access

    • Parking availability at both locations

    • Basic event setup (additional setup/breakdown services available)

  • Yes! We offer pricing packages that include event décor as well as options without décor.

  • Yes. Confetti and glitter are NOT allowed to maintain the cleanliness of our spaces

  • Yes, both locations have available parking for guests.
